Introduction

How does Melbourne Girls Grammar continue to thrive as the years go by? Throughout the years, the School has demonstrated an amazing ability to innovate and adapt.

Since our inception as one of Victoria’s first Anglican schools for girls, MGGS has been at the forefront of pedagogical innovation. Throughout our 130-year history, the School has not only sustained but improved the incorporation of emerging technologies in the classroom, as well as adapted to modern ways of teaching to keep us ahead of the educational curve.

In this edition of IE (Information Exchange), we delve into MGGS’s innovative past, present and future. We hope you enjoy hearing from the many voices of our community, who each play a part in keeping our School a vibrant, thriving and progressive place of learning.
